Principal
I run Nardi Group. We take a scope from a developer, a general contractor, a design studio or a private owner and deliver it with one method and one point of contact: survey, sequence, procure, build, verify, hand over.
Before Nardi Group I was a construction manager for a Miami developer, and before that I spent years on the sourcing and project side of construction and design in the US and Latin America. I hold an MBA and I am comfortable with the numbers behind a job as much as with the job itself.
Programme, cost and quality are tracked to the same tolerances from the first site visit to the last punch item. You get a weekly report with photos, and nothing changes without a signed change order.

My father made shoes in Italy. I make spaces in Miami.
Stefano Nardi
Same trade, different material: measure twice, build once, stand behind it. A pair of shoes and a renovated floor are judged the same way, by whether they fit and whether they last.
That is what built to the line means on a job. The line is the scope, the schedule and the budget agreed before the first trade walks in. We build to it, we report against it every week, and when the line has to move, it moves on paper first.
The team is small on purpose: licensed trade partners under one supervisor, and one person who answers the phone from proposal to closeout.
